I began this journey with my own healing as a retired Navy helicopter pilot and it’s my passion to help others along their journey. I graduated from Columbia University School of Social Work, learning immensely from my DBT, trauma, and grief courses. I specialize in trauma, attachment, grief and loss, narcissism, depression and anxiety. I have experience with all ages and also youth in foster care and the military. 

I recognize the courage it takes to address challenges and utilize EMDR, IFS, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, and strength-based approaches to guide you to personal empowerment and goal achievement. I can also provide psychedelic integration.

A little about me

I grew up in Pennsylvania, Michigan, and New Jersey. I went to the US Naval Academy when it was only 6% female and then to flight school in Pensacola, FL. I was in the Navy for 9.5 years. I was injured in the military and while healing my physical injuries, also saw a trauma therapist who used EMDR. I witnessed first-hand the change it made in my mood and health. I moved to Denver from Miami, FL and love the beautiful mountains. I have three boys and enjoy skiing, hiking, and being in nature. I love to learn and read and to share my learning with others.
